#4 Rest of the UK Trip

Our trip to UK was filled with interesting activities. Becky and Neil gave us a whirlwind tour of London's southbank - seeing their place again and riding the London Eye were highlights of the visit. Neil, Becky, and Tony tried their hand at playing the pipes. There is a video at the end of this blog that shows their musical skills. Also put in a short video of some character acting as "Charlie Chaplin" at one of the places we stopped for refreshments.

Notice the picture taken by Neil (the professional photographer), where he had to stand up on the seats to get a photo looking down on all three of us!!

Geocaching with Becky and Neil and later with Jacqueline and Terry was a lot of fun. Pictures are of Jacqueline and Terry during their first week of geocaching. There is also a video below showing Tony while we were geocaching down by the Lochs.

We stopped by to see Dawn, Carl, and the guinea pigs.

Our time with Jonathan was entertaining as well....all of us trying our skill on the exercising machine belonging to Terry & Jacqueline. A video is below of Jonathan on the exercise machine.

Towards the end of our holiday, we spent an evening with June and Bill at their home. I think Terry took all three of these pictures.

Thanks to everyone for such a great time in UK. We appreciate all you did to make our visit very special.

Remember, everyone, it's your turn to post to this blog. Some of the things we want to know:

  • how the newlyweds are doing
  • how the bar business is coming along in Spain
  • pictures from a trip to Portugal
  • when another wedding will occur in the family
  • how life is for a "guinea pig" raiser
  • how the publishing business is in London
If you want to post a blog and it isn't working for you, let me know and I'll see what I have done wrong.

  1. Super blog. A great selection of pictures except for the one of that silly old sod in the kitchen.(what a state) JJ and I must get a blog done for you of the Portugese trip. As she has a new camera, there were many photos of me taken. Just to see how crack proof the lens was.

  2. Great! Now it's on the web, so it must be true. Terry & Jacqueline are going to do a blog of their Portugal trip. We'll look forward to that. Congratulations, Jacqueline, on your new camera.
