Terry and Dawn sent emails to shed some light on the questionable pictures. I have updated Blog #2 with their comments.
Another clever site I found was this one
It takes you to Picasa Web Album where you can write comments about the pictures on this blog as well as see a slide show of any picture we post on this blog. Isn't technology wonderful?
I am scanning the back of the Iris and Ronald picture so everyone can see the caption. Question mark and "SS" was put there by me. Letters at the bottom were already on the picture back.
After going through all our UK trip pictures, I thought some of you might possibly like to see some candid shots that were not captured by the "official" wedding photographers. Double click on photo to enlarge.
Before the wedding (Tony & Terry). On the way to the wedding in Jacqueline's car (enlarge to see Jacqueline's concentration on "getting to the wedding on time" in the mirror.

Greetings Kinfolk!!
ReplyDeleteJust a one off from the Southern chapter of "the family". Yes, really. Because we don't usually use the hyphenated part, most people are unaware our full name is actually "Whitten-Singleton". [Thro' a close friend of our mother's who had a bicycle]. Us boys were very fond of dear old, Uncle Ron I think we called him. Anyways, when I saw that photo of Janice & Terry in the kitchen taken after the wedding I was moved. [That in itself is quite an occurrence]. Doesn't Terry look relaxed? [Relaxed as a newt I hear you say], and with that healthy glow reserved solely for expectant fathers! Sorry-mothers!
That's it, I'm out of here, singing a quick chorus of "Who's been eating all the pies".
Thank you for the invitation into the family blog. Of course myself, being the original Billy No-Mates, doesn't have one of his own. Ahh.
Love & Best Wishes
Tony thought some of the other people involved with this family either by blood or water or liquor should be given a chance to view this blog....so....he sent out an email to a few others. Ken & Janice, Linda & Mike, and John & Pam were included in that email. At the moment they can't post, only comment.
